The incident described on this page occurred on June 1, 2026, before noon in Texas. Evil Ann killed newborn kittens that I was attempting to locate and rescue. I was not given the location of the kittens so I was unable to rescue the kittens. At the time, I was trying to obtain information about where the keens were but it ended up with Granbury Police & Animal Control not helping me to save the babies.

Months later, after obtaining police dashcam footage through public records, I reviewed the footage and police audio finding it even more disturbing than I was aware of. On June 1, 2026, I was trying to find and rescue newborn kittens that I understood had been taken away and left somewhere in a field in the Granbury, Texas area. The kittens were approximately five days old and, because of their age, were especially dependent on being kept safe, warm, fed, and with their mother or otherwise properly cared for. I had to order kitten milk in case mom was gone.

I repeatedly wanted to know where the kittens had been taken so I could try to locate them. I was not given the location and therefore could not personally search for them at that time.

The information later contained in police audio was significant to me because it indicated that officers had information concerning the kittens being placed in a hole in a field near the Granbury Walmart area off Waters Edge in Hood County.

I had previously believed that this information was unavailable or that the location could not be determined. Hearing the information in the police recording months later changed what I understood about what had happened to the kittens.

During the incident, I was also involved in a police response concerning a report made by the neighbor. According to the report as I understand it, allegations were made that I had a pipe, was in the driveway, threatened the neighbor, and later went toward the backyard in a way that caused her to be afraid.

I dispute those allegations. The footage I obtained appears important to that dispute because, from my review, I can be seen holding a cell phone rather than a pipe or other weapon. My full video shows I went to the residence because I was trying to ask where the kittens had been taken and was attempting to get information that might allow them to be rescued.

I am publishing the footage so that viewers can examine the actual recording rather than relying solely on competing descriptions of what happened.
